Kim's debt continues to pile up as she owes millions to various sources, including her former bank and the government.

Kim and Brielle were originally supposed to pay $1,903 towards the car’s debt, but stopped paying earlier this year, the lawsuit claims. Now, the bank is requesting the court’s permission to take possession of the vehicle.

The mother and daughter are involved in other lawsuits that was made public in August for failure to make payments on their credit cards. Kim allegedly owes over $156,080 for her HSBC/SAKS credit card, and stopped making payments in 2022, while Brielle owes 12,800 bill on her AmEx card.

Kim is currently in the midst of a nasty divorce from Kroy Bierman, though they’ve been co-living in their Georgia mansion, which has been in the process of repossession amid their legal problems.

Not only is their divorce expensive and they’re facing multiple lawsuits, but Kim and Kroy reportedly owe the IRS over $1 million in back due taxes.

The pressure from the couple’s ongoing financial issues was reportedly the nail in the coffin for their relationship. Though they reconciled briefly after announcing their divorce in the summer, Kroy re-filed for divorce and the pair appear to remain broken up at the given time.

“The financial burdens have been a strain on their relationship,” a source told Us Weekly . “Between the tax debt and other financial stresses, it’s been difficult. The tax debt was the straw that broke the camel’s back in their marriage.”

Despite being known for sharing about their personal lives on reality television, Kim has remained relatively silent on her money issues, even denying her home was in foreclosure despite paperwork leaking publicly.

Kroy, however, has been more vocal amid the break-up. Not only did he publicly plead with Kim to agree to sell their home, he’s also accused her of having a gambling problem, which led to their financial situation. Their divorce remains ongoing.
